6 Day Tanzania Safari Essentials

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your professional driver guide and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. On clear days, Mount Kilimanjaro may be visible during the drive.

The remainder of the day is at leisure to rest after your international flight. Optional city or cultural experiences can be arranged depending on your arrival time.

After breakfast, you depart for Tarangire National Park. The park is known for its large elephant populations, seasonal wildlife concentrations, and iconic baobab landscapes.

After an early breakfast, you travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

The crater floor supports one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, and the rare black rhino. After your visit, you ascend from the crater and continue to your reserved accommodation.

Today’s journey takes you through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward the Serengeti. Game viewing begins upon entering the park as you travel toward your camp.
